H4 Slot reschedule Hyd Wait times showing 13days

How legid is this wait time of 13 days at hyd consulate.Can anyone please help looking up the right availble dates.I have tried to get dated from couple months and was hard to find this close in hyd  so book in New delhi.Now the Hyd slots wait times are decreased wanted to re-schedule to hyd.

1. If i click on reschedule button on the homepage and select before even selecting the dates will it cancel my current appointment?

2.And in the process of booking does it happen having OFC dates available and Interview dates not available close?
