COS stamping from (F1 to H1B ) in canada

I came to US in 2008 for MS. Completed my MS in 2010. Later joined an employer and worked under OPT status until 2012.

In 2013, April, when I first applied for H1, it got rejected. So, I got admitted into second college  to maintain status and immediately got approval for CPT and continued working.

In 2014, April, when I reapplied for H1 it got approved for 1 year. So, I discontinued the second college. There were few more credits left which i did not complete.

In 2015, I applied for extension and got 3 years approval. Now, I am planning to visit India. 

Can I go to Canada for stamping?

Yes, you can go to Canada but make sure to face questions regarding your CPT during second master's.
