Does this make my wife also eligible for dropbox? Her H4 VISA expired on: Oct 2014. If I submit even her documents in drop box, will her H4 VISA be stamped as well? The reasoning I have is because H4 is dependent on H1b and if H1B is getting stamped, shouldn't H4 also get stamped even if she is not eligible for drop box? Link to comment
shekar11# Posted August 24, 2016 Report Share Posted August 24, 2016 Looks like you are eligible but not your wife since her visa expired more than a year ago. Better to create separate appointments. She can go for the interview and you can drop your documents. Or you can try submitting both of your docs in the dropbox, consulate might call her for interview if needed. Link to comment
