I-94 Expiration and H1-B extension Receipt date different. Will there be any issue?

My I-94 Expires on Aug 14th 2016 Sunday and My employer filed H1B extension on Aug 12th 2016 Friday. Today Aug 23rd 2016 I received my extension Receipt I-797C which has Received Date as 15th Aug 2016 Monday and Notice Date as 16th Aug 2016 Tuesday. 
Can someone please explain will I fall under Out of Status in above situation. Thanks !!!

If you got the 94 with approval just move on. No problems.
