stuner123 Posted August 23, 2016 Report Share Posted August 23, 2016 Hi, My Spouse is in the below situation and I need help from experts on the below H4 Extension applied in Jan 2016 and applicatio is in "Case was Received" status ever since. H4 Visa Stamp and I94 expired on 07-Feb-2016 Can my spouse stay until a decision is received from USCIS? Is there a limit on the duration of the stay? or does the 240 day waiting rule apply to H4 Extn as well? Can my spouse travel to India at this time and get stamped based on my H1B Extn (valid till July 2017)? looking for advise form the Pro's Thank you. Link to comment
