_jaswanth7_
Hi Friends.., I am in a critical situation, please suggest me. I am going to change my employer, so that I will get 5+ years of experience and will be eligible for EB2 with my new employer to file green card. My question is, I have 4 years of experience in US, and 1 year of experience in India. When I was working in India for company A, I did work in parallel for company B which is in USA (They don't have branch in India, after 1 year they sponsored H1B, but its got rejected). My new employer asking all previous company experience letters in order to start my green card process. I have experience letters from company A and B. Can I include the experience letter of company B ? because of some reason, company A is not there now..! Please suggest..! Thank you so much. Link to comment
JoeF
Note that having 5 years experience doesn't mean the GC would be in EB2. The job has to require a Masters or 5 years progressive experience. Link to comment
