How to pay Visa fees for H4 visa stamping in Ottawa?

My wife is planning to go to Ottawa for her H4 visa stamping and she is currenlty in USA and she has her I797A copy. Then I have filled DS160. I was looking to pay the fees on internet and I found this one :https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv/signup. Do I have to pay the MRV fee through this website? or Any other way I can pay the visa fees? 

 

If I have to pay the visa fee through this website https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv/signup then which Petition Number (H1B petition number or H petition number) Do I have to mention in Applicant Information Page?

 

 

If anyone know it, please let me know so I can proceed further.
