karvin Posted July 25, 2016 Report Share Posted July 25, 2016 Hi , My mother is in the USA in visitor visa, she came here in the month of may She is going to Canada in the 1st week of August, And she is planning to stay in Canada until December 2016 or January 2017 (She has a visa to enter canada) Her current I94 expires in November 2016 My question is can she re-enter USA from Canadian side in the month of January 2017 for a short trip till first week of March 2017 Will she be issued a new I94 during her entry Your help in this subject is highly appreciated Thanks for your help Link to comment
