Two Form I-765 got submitted.

Hi I am in very weird situation. I would really appreciate if someone can please advise me on what to do. Here is my situation.

 

May 25, 2016- Filed Form I-765 and send it to Dallas office with all the documents and $380 cashier check.

 

June 1, 2016- Application got rejected and received back all my documents with I-797 saying that I signed my I-765 at wrong section and sign it at correct section and send it back. I signed the original I-765 as there was an arrow to show to sign. Also send a new I-765 because the old was had a mistake on it assuming they will keep whichever they want.

June 7, 2016- Application was received and receipt number 169026AAAA issued. Website shows case as still processing.

 

July 11, 2016- I Received back the I-765 which was signed on June 1^st with I-797 saying that your fees is missing or it’s incorrect. Called USCIS they said the same fees issue as mentioned on I-797. So instantly send a personal check for $380.

Next day I called my bank to see status was cashier check that was send June 1^st they confirmed that it was cashed by dept of revenue.

Called again and call was routed to next level officer, he said your case EAC169026AAAA is processing and suggested to stop payment for the 2^nd check but next day when I called bank and my 2^nd check which was personal check was cashed.

 

July 18, 2016- Application was received and receipt number EAC169032BBBB issued. Website shows case as processing.

 

Now what shall I do? Shall I wait until I get my EAD and then call USCIS to cancel my 2^nd application or wait to see which application gets approve first?
