H1-B/H4 extensions got approved while H4-EAD is in process

Dear Team, 

 

I am on H1-B(with I140 approval) and my spouse is currently on H4. We applied for my spouse's EAD in May 2016 based on our I797 Approvals which are valid till November 2016. But, We had to file for our H1B & H4 extension(advanced premium) since we are planning on visiting india in September 2016. We received our H1-B and H4 approvals today. My question here is, does my spouse's EAD be issued based on my old/previous I797 approval dates or the recent I797 approvals dates which we received couple of days ago. Please let me know.
