PERM ad - employer website

As one of the methods of PERM recruitment, an ad was placed on the employer's website. However, the ad was placed on the parent company's website because the subsidiary I work for does not have its own website.   The application was audited and the attorney wrote a note to DOL explaining the situation.  

 

The ad contains the subsidiary company's name clearly.

 

Is this a risky factor that could result in LC denial?
