H1B transfer while previous LCA Amendment in process

Hi,

My wife got her H1B approved for a client in Ohio, when she was in India. Her H1B was approved in 2015. However, that offer was withdrawn. A new offer came up in Rhode Island. My wife's organization filed her LCA and a new petition. After the receipt number came for this petition, my wife travelled to US in end of Jan and started working for the client in Rhode Island. After working in Rhode Island for 3 months, my wife got a full time opportunity with another organization in US. They filed her LCA and a new petition for which RFE has come.

We didn't realize that the 2nd petition that her x-employer had applied for after change of Location, is still pending with USCIS. Now the documents that we have to show are:

1. First original H1B Petition from X-Employer.

2. Certified LCA that was filed for change of location by X-Employer.

3. Receipt number for the Petition applied (which is pending with USCIS).

4. All pay stubs till the end of her tenure with her X-Employer.

Are these documents enough for her H1B transfer?

Will there be a problem that a new organization has applied for her H1B transfer when the previous amendment is still in process with USCIS?

Please advise on this.
