Old i797 date on i94 having new approved extension i797 handy

What if CBP at POE gives the i94 date with respect to old i797 and visa stamp even if I show the new expended approved I797 ..As that expires with in 3 weeks of my arrival in US..What are the options do I go out of status after 3 weeks?

If you show ONLY the new H1 approval, there will be no question of getting admitted till the wrong date.

Thanks ..What in worst case officer gives according to the visa stamp end date or ask for my old i797 and give that date .As new renewed petition wouldn't start date is future date that started after the 3weeks.In this case what are my options .Any inputs would be appreciated .

Visa stamp date has no relevance here. The extension petition would anyway stand on its own with its I94. You should run this by your companies Immigration team.
