B2 to f1 then to h1. Need stamping help.

My b1/b2 was stamped In 2009. Valid until 2019. I visited USA 2 times and returned within allocated time. During my 3rd visit in 2013, after couple months of my stay I applied for my f1 status and got approved in October 2013. My school began in feb 2014. Completed MIS in October 2015. Started working for a small IT company since October 2015 on OPT. Got my H1 b approval notice in June 2016 for the same employer.

I wish to travel for Hajj and realized that I need stamping on my h1b.

I have read that this kind of a history could lead to a rejection of stamping. Can you suggest best options for me?

You will have to apply for the H1 visa for travel purposes. Hajj being very important to you in the scheme of things you will need to apply and hope your employer is not on the list.
