Affidavit of Birth Certificate- Signature not in English

I'm a US citizen and planning to apply for permanent residence for my mother. Her current citizenship is Indian. She doesn't have birth certificate, so we got two "Affidavit of Birth" document, notarized and two different people who were present or knows about her birth, signed the document. 

 

But both the person signed the "affidavit of birth" in Non-English language. Is that acceptable for filing her application? Do I need to translate the whole document in English (even though the whole document is in English except the signature) along with signature (to be written in english by translator).
