parekhv
We are in EB3 category and the primary beneficiary has received RFE for medical exam which we submitted but myself and my children did not receive any RFE. Our PD is just 2 months away. Is this something to be concerned about? Link to comment
cap-gap
medicals are valid for an year only.. if your last medical record expires by the time ur PD becomes current , then there should be an RFE for you & ur kids..so better get latest record as you move lose to PD..it will help you respond right away.. sometimes PD stays current for a month only..and u may not have enough time to respond and get ur case approved in short period of time.. parekhv
Is it possible to get medical done without an RFE? Link to comment
Attorney_15
Generally a USCIS civil surgeon is not going to require presentation of an RFE to complete an I-693 medical exam. However, it may not be possible to get the medical to the file if it is mailed to USCIS without an RFE requesting it. Link to comment
