EAD2016_EB1A Posted June 22, 2016 Report Share Posted June 22, 2016 I got my I140 approved through EB1-A self petition and have a pending i485. I am considering to quit my job and leave US for several week due to some urgent personal issues. I do have my AP/EAD card but haven't got my green card approved. would I have trouble to go back to US and go through customs with just AP/EAD card but without job? Link to comment
