prash.pcg
Hi, I have gone to India on Dec 2015 and i forgot to return my i94 card while departing to India. After two months(Feb 2016) i came back to US and i got another i94 which is electronic. I am having my i94 with me now and i just got to know that i need to return my i94 card to CBP. Here is my doubt. 1. Do need to return the i94 after i came back to USA and issued another I-94. 2. Is there any way to check the history of i94 card status 3. I lost my boarding pass. So if i need to return i94, can i use my passport entry in India as evidence. I have gone to US consulate for stamping during my stay in India. Could you please help me how can i go ahead with this. Thanks in Advance, Prash Link to comment
pontevecchio
In view of Airline manifests the need for returning the I94 does not exist anymore. I would just move on. Yes the stamp proves you were in India. Link to comment
