    H-4 EAD Question

    arnabmk posted a topic in EAD

    Hi, I am working with my Employer to file H-1 and H-4 Extension. Usually for H-4 EAD, I apply it separately once I get the H-1 B Receipt Notice. I am hearing delays with H-1 B receipt. If I file it together what should I enter for Receipt Number for most recent Form I-797 Notice for I-129 petition? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
