Would need your guidance and help on the response to NOIR to take it forward I have received NOIR from my employer 'A' 10 days ago, unfortunately, I missed it and now am really concerned with the NOIR. The details of intent to revoke are under 8 CFR 214.2(h)(2)(i)(B) and 8 CFR 214.2(h)(2)(iii)(A). Employer A is my first employer in the US and I worked only for short period. Currently, I'm with Employer C for almost 3 years now. what are my chances and Do I have to reply to the NOIR even if I'm not currently employed with Employer A? Less
