Hi, wanted to understand the new rule regarding H4 EAD automatic extension. Let's say current H4 and EAD is expiring August 31st 2022. Extension of both H4 and EAD was filed timeline(assume in June 2022). I understand that auto extension will not be applicable if H4 approval is not received till August 31st 2022. But will H4 EAD auto extension be applicable if H4 approval is received after current expiry i.e. September 30, 2022 because it satisfies the condition I94 is valid now?

Hi, I have approved I-140 from my previous employer with SOC Code (say A). I switched to another company where my transfer was applied in same SOC code(A). Now I am applying my extension (post 6 years completion and based on approved I-140 from previous employer) and wanted to know if extension can be filed on different SOC code or its advised same SOC code should be used? Please note my job duties are still same but title is different which is leading to different SOC Code.
