  1. I recently got an email from my Embassy stating that my current F1 visa is prudentially revoked. I think it's based on my arrest on California 647(b), but the matter is resolved (Case closed, no complaint filed - it's in the court disposition) and there's no conviction. I've read on Murthy that the prudential revocation should not disrupt my status in the US, but there are some forums on the internet said USCIS denied OPT application based on prudentially revoked visa. Can someone confirm this? Is this a valid practice by the USCIS? I am not out of status (student in top 50 university in US, 3.6 GPA, maintain full course load).
