I was asked my current company to help out in this situation by transferring my employer, my company is ready to help depending on the USCIS status after 'USCIS review phase'. I didnt hear back from Murthy Chennai after i had shared my documents.

Hello, My employer has office and employees also. My friend got H1B Visa through this employer in 2015, so he referred me for the year 2016. I informed my employer about this, he said no one (USCIS/CEA...) reached for any document's/evidence yet and also no one came for site verification. My employer is ready is provide the documents if USCIS asks for any, not sure whether USCIS will satisfy with the doc provided by Employer. Thanks for suggesting to reach out Murthy India. Hello, I attended interview 2 times. First time it was normal and Visa Officer said 'we are approving Visa'. But after 3 days got a call to reappear for interview. In 2nd interview: asked LCA/I797/project details ---- Provided VO: How many employee's are there in your company? i said -XX ( same as details provided by my employer ) VO: Only XX employee's are there in our inquiry but you are saying XX -- i said, my employer develop products and also have consulting services , so all together employee's XX. VO: Will work from home/office- i said Office VO:in our inquiry - there is no facility to work from office --I said, the person who referred me for this job, is working from office only. VO officer given me 221G white without checking any check box. Thanks in advance

Thank you for the reply....My employer offered job for an in-house project . Please advice what can be done if my employer doesn't provide the required evidence of employment and the visa is rejected? Can I transfer to any other employer who has proper evidence of employment in USA and reprocess my case as i have valid I797 till 2018 Jun?

I have attended interview on Jan 30th, was issued 221g white and returned my passport. I got mail on 6th march from CEA stating 'there is no qualifying employment for the beneficiary" . My employer said it is rejected and nothing to do from our end, have to start H1B process again this year. Status at USCIS is "" On February 23, 2017, the Department of State sent us your case, Receipt Number XXXXXX, for review. We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done."" suggest me please what need to do now and what action to take reprocess again.
