    H4 EAD Filing Fee

    Hi All, Just checking what is the filing fee for H4-ead( First time application). In the USCIS website (www.uscis.gov/i-765) its mentioned as $410 but got to hear from a few people that it isn't the actual fees and it is somewhere close to $500. Did anyone file recently? Please suggest Thanks

    can i rely on the date which is posted on the USCIS website. My case was received by the Nebraska center on Sep 3 and the current processing date on the website is showing up as 'Aug-29' So in 3-4 days can i expect my case status to be updated? Thanks

    Hi all- submitted RFE response on jul 23 and my case was updated yesterday as ( we denied your I 129 petition for a non immigrant worker) my i-94 is valid through sep 12 just checking what are the options I got? Will I able to work on I94? Thanks
