Hi, My brother is a US citizen and currently resides in Dallas,TX and he would like to file sibling sponsorship to initiate Green Card process for me.My brother doesn't have his birth certificate as he was born back in India and he is a naturalized citizen in US.Please let me know if birth certificate for my brother is mandatory in this case to initiate the process or any other alternative document to supplement the birth certificate as a relationship proof of document. Appreciate your response on this.
