    Actual start date of employment - Apr 15, 2004 But last 10 days, observed that in PERM & I-140, the dates are mentioned Mar 15, 2004. Employment letter was also issued with Mar 15 during I-140 EVL with a oversight. PERM & I-140 both are approved. Currently filing I-485. How to correct this date to make sure the dates are updated correctly ? Will it impact on I-485? Any suggestion is appreciated.
