  1. Hi , My Wife H4 EAD was expired on Sept 19th 2020.Next day onwards she stopped working. EAD extension process is in progress. Her employer suggested to go with LOA(Leave Of Absence ) until her EAD approves. But as per their company policy, they have to exhaust all vacation hours before go to LOA. My wife's employer ran her payroll for the period Sept 21st to Oct 9th as Vacation. So My wife didn't work after EAD expired, but got the payroll run and received pay for her vacation hours. Please advise me if this is legal or does it create any issues during my GC processing or anywhere else ? Thank you. Regards, Sridhar.
