  1. Hello, I am in Canada and want to visit the US. I worked in the US for 3 years, and while changing my job, my H1B visa was rejected. I am filling out the DS160 form to visit Seattle, but I don't know how to reply to these two questions: 1. 1. Has your U.S. Visa ever been cancelled or revoked? 2. Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry? Could you please guide me how can I answer this questions in DS160 form? Regards, Lajja
  2. Hi, I am applying for Canadian student visa. I studied in USA and worked there for 4 years on H1B. When I changed my job, I received H1B Transfer denial. Now I am going for further studies in Canada. What should I reply for the question "have you ever been refused or denial entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?" in form IMM1294? I still have valid H1B visa.
  3. They are preparing your documents this week and then filing it next week.
  4. Hi, I am looking your guidance for following questions: My history: I studied in USA and then started working on F1 visa and then on H1B visa. I was laid off my employer and I came back to my country after 60 days of grace period. I have an offer letter from USA company and they applied for my H1B. q1. In my current h1b application, I didn't show my incomplete MS education from USA. In my previous (original) h1b petition, we showed the incomplete education. Is there any impact of not showing my incomplete education on my current h1b petition? q2. DS160: There is a section in DS160 form for current employer. I am unemployed from last 3 months. What should I fill in DS160 form for current employer? q3. In my previous DS160 form, I didnt show my Master degree from India. I showed my complete Master degree from USA and incomplete Master degree from USA. Can I show my complete Master from India and remove incomplete Master degree from USA in DS160 form now? note: I have 3 master degrees. One from India, One from USA and one is incomplete from USA. q4. I have unlawful presence in USA. I have mentioned it in my previously DS160 Form. Can I mention the same reason in my current DS160 form? Thanks in advance Lajja
