  3. Very tough to find a trusted person to carry any package abroad. It would have to be your friends, colleagues or relatives.
  4. I know for a fact that one can send medicines by speed post provided there is a prescription and there is a letter from drug control authority. This is first hand information my parents obtained from a family friend who works in a high rank position in postoffice. And, as JoeF pointed out it should be legal to be used in US.
